Final Fight Review comment

The biggest betrayal in the SNES version of Final Fight is the limited number of continues. Even using the cheat code to get more continues doesn't provide enough to beat a game that, as you said, was explicitly designed to suck quarters out of players' pockets.

Borderlands Review comment

Thanks! Yeah, I see you guys on my Steam list playing. That, combined with my group playing Borderlands 2 (and really getting into the swing of it) inspired me to go back and write a review.

Borderlands Review comment

Superb review - we're currently playing Borderlands as our Steam game right now and, despite the fact I went through it on PS3, it's still a lot of fun and you're right, extra players does equal more fun. I can't wait until the first "rare" weapon drops.

If you have any taste in PCRPGs at all, you must buy Legend of Grimrock.

Batman: Arkham Asylum Review comment

Excellent review as always. I picked up Arkham City on sale and I'll get to it... eventually - I hope it is just as good as Arkham Asylum - arguably the best super hero game out there (or certainly in the top three).

Castle Crashers was a solid game - the design and humor were more my style. It did get a bit repetitive, but then, what beat 'em up doesn't? The hit detection wasn't terrible, but there were times when it was somewhat annoying. Still, overall I thought it was plenty fun.

Yeah, I build with a Countess, Adept, and Initiate, then use whatever character needs levels the most for the combat phase. It works pretty well, and I think is how the game is intended to be played for the single-player experience.

I agree that Barbarian stances suck. They eat mana so quickly, and are cumbersome to activate/deactivate during battle because they are located in the defense radial menu.

Hey man - when posting links on the forum, please use the link button. We delete anything that is not used in the link button on filmcrave and will be doing the same on MJ.

I've been playing Dungeon Defenders by myself as a one-man army. I created a barbarian and each of the other 4 female classes (to represent my warlord's harem, of course). I've barely spent any mana on upgrades and have 4 million in the bank with 5 level 35 characters.

The PS3 version is so stingy compared to the PC version, we had to fight over the mana constantly and rarely got decent loot.

It would have been from my handle, not my actual name. It's the same as my PSN handle that you can see on my MJ profile.
