The developers of the Saturn's Doom clearly decided they couldn't be bothered with a bespoke version for the system and just ported the PS1 game with little regard for the fact that the machine wasn't actually technically capable of running it properly, which resulted in universal derision from both critics and fans alike. But the fact is, even a bad version of Doom is still better than most games out there and it still has the devious levels, hordes of monsters and general carnage set to a supremely spooky soundtrack. It's just a shame it's so comparably slow and jerky.
