The Sega Saturn port is pretty much identical to the PS1 version. A very two dimensional stock car racer where the vehicles stay glued to the track and it doesn't work as a straight racer as the fenced in tracks are so cramped and simplistic, but seen as nothing but a car smashing free-for-all it's pretty good fun in small doses.
