Racing game featuring motorbikes and jet skis, the presentation is poor with bland graphics and no sound effects and the jet skis handle nothing like they are on water; it's more like a really, really slow version of F-Zero. Add a really weak and halfhearted combat element and it's a case of jack of all trades but master of none.
