Frenetic shoot 'em up spit between platform levels that play like a lobotomised version of Alien 3 and top down levels that play like Commando on amphetamines. It's essentially the same game as the Genesis version but thanks to blocky, glitchy graphics, muffled sound and some slow down, it's actually rather worse.
