A decent addition go the series but let's be honest, they all go down hill from here.

Mega Man 4 Review comment
I think they all go downhill from "Mega Man 2," and "Mega Man 4" represents the Blue Bomber rolling to a stop at the bottom of said hill. The rest of the series is just so much wallowing.
