Well... I wasn't suggesting you outright buy a 3DS so that you can try a DEMO. If you have the option of borrowing one from someone, I'd look into it.

4th paragraph. And I'm pretty sure it was Japanese, not Korean.

I didn't read anything about lack of voice audio in cut-scenes later in the game... nor the bug of having a cut scene in Korean.

I agree, Nick, and said such in my review.

I didn't like the laziness in the implementation of the newest story line, including no voice-over on cut scenes anymore (except for that random one in Korean). The story is also quite boring now, compared to the earlier parts of the game.

BioShock Review comment

I was never really clear about the penalty for using a Vita Chamber, so I always reloaded if I died. After dying several times, I got sick of manually reloading and just turned the Vita Chambers off in the option menu. It returns the sense of tension by booting the player back to the title screen upon death... but I counteracted the tension again by quicksaving every 10 seconds.

BioShock Review comment

My only real issue with the game was how it destroyed all that wonderfully crafted atmosphere that the beginning builds up. The art direction and setting and tone and level design do such a great job of really making the game feel creepy.

Then you die for the first time and realize that you'll pop right back up nearby with all your gear and essentially no penalty. Why do I care about managing ammo when I can pound guys with a wrench till they kill me, then pop back up and finish them off? …

I bought a Genesis mainly because I owned Castlevania: Bloodlines and never got a chance to play it. I do have the Genesis collection on PS3 so I won't be buying many games for it. I will probably get Blaster Master 2 if I see it cheap.

Looks like you might get your wish. If the actual console generation is anything like E3, Microsoft is about to get straight up embarrassed.

Oh, I spent a day and played through Castlevania and the golf game. And Donkey Kong took several sittings to get through. Sometimes I get into a classic game mode and play a few at a time. I went to a used game store recently and picked up a Genesis for $20 and played Castlevania, and also bought Donkey Kong too. The golf game had been in my back log for a while and just decided to play it one day.
