Synopsis: Cole MacGrath is a bike messenger on a routine delivery that suddenly plunges his home of Empire City into Chaos. After wiping out six city blocks, Cole awakens with the power to control electricity but also being vilified by the people of the city, which is not under quarantine. After being contacted by a government agent and promised release from the city, Cole goes on a mission to track down the powerful Ray Sphere, along with the people behind its construction. Plenty of action and in an open world with parkour-like electrifying moves. The whole good vs. evil adds another layer, though it could have been more developed. It provided enough entertainment for me that I will be picking up the sequel.
