A fairly typical block-matching puzzle game that's a little too tricky for the age range it seems to be pitched at.

Dr. Mario, 4 Player Style

Not much of a difference from the original NES version, except you can play with up to four players which can get insane if you get the right group of people.

This is a puzzle game like Tetris but with its own original flare. You kill viruses with pills by matching colors four in a row. If this game were created today, it'd be an online sensation. The more advanced level you choose, the more viruses to get rid of. The one advantage this game has over Tetris, I think the multi-player mode is more competitive and fun. When you get double or triple combos, you send random pills down on your competitors screwing up their strategy. With that said, Tetris still tops the puzzle list.
