Synopsis: The city of Arba has long lived in harmony with the monsters around them. All that changes one fateful day when a fell force sweeps in, and the formally benevolent monsters suddenly turn on the humans and begin attacking. Heroes Luceus and Aurora, along with their master and one of the few benevolent monsters left, must battle the fierce hoards and figure out who, or what, has brought out the evil in the land. They will not be alone, as a huge cast of Dragon Quest heroes - including Alena, Bianca and Yangus and many more, will join them. You can switch between the heroes as will - utilizing each characters' ability to turn the tide of battle. Recruit monsters by earning medals and have them fight alongside you.
