Synopsis: An expansion to Dynasty Warriors 8 - the Empires expansion focuses on the more strategic and tactical side of battle. You can modify all aspects of your army from flags, to horses to the soldiers themselves and features even more large-scale strategems updated from Dynasty Warriors 7. Also carried over - not only can you marry in this game, but also have children. Exclusive to this addition is new playable character Xun Yu.
