Synopsis: Originally released on the 3DS Resident Evil: Revelations has you take on the role of Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield as they explore a supposedly abandoned cruise ship that, far from being empty, hides danger around every corner and down every dark hallway. The console port features updated graphics, new enemies, Raid Mode, online co-op, extra difficulty and the ability to play as more characters (including fan-favorite Hunk).

Resident Evil 5 felt like a franchise that was beginning to run out of steam and 6 was just plain bad, so Revelations was at least a step in the right direction; but it still felt like the series had lost its edge. Decent but far from the heights the Resident Evil games reached in its prime.
