I can honestly say this is the only hockey game I ever played - just like Double Dribble and Tecmo Bowl, it's a pretty basic "sports" game without much customization but for a multiplayer game, it gets the job done.

Many people love this game. I enjoy it quite a bit myself. I don't like hockey one bit so it is hard to love this game. Still, a fun game that any NES fan should play at least twice (even if you hate hockey).
