Following the events of Dishonored 2, Billie Lurk has returned to Karnaca in order to reunite with her mentor, master assassin Daud. The two will put their considerable talents together in order to save The Empire from the chaos within - that brought about by The Outsider. Up against The Eyeless gang and the Sisters of the Oracular Order, Clockwork soldiers and the Immortal Envisioned, even master assassins will have to learn new skills and powers in order to find out all they can about The Outsider, and stop him if possible.
