Adding NNID to MJ is something I would like to do, and I'm sure Nick would be up for it as well. Can you point me in the direction of something resembling a public ID service provided by Nintendo? If not, Nick will have to provide a custom solution.

New Super Mario Bros. 2 Review comment
I haven't played this yet, but that's a good point that the game was probably balanced in a way that you aren't getting the most out of the game unless you're actively hunting for as many coins as possible. I bet if you just ignore the coin-hunting and play it like a standard Mario game it feels really familiar.

I think you're right about the level design. While I don't know that I would have called it "bland", it definitely took a big step up in the later levels.
Didn't play any of this with people, played it all by myself and really enjoyed it, but you're right that it's basically just an expansion to New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

Scribblenauts Unlimited Review comment
It's good to see that 5th Cell is improving on some of the things that made the original Scribblenauts suck so hard (the story). But at the same time, it's frustrating to see that they still have the same fundamental flaws with their game not living up to the promised levels of creativity. It's a good thing I have given up on the series and no longer need to worry about being disappointed.

Okay, why did you buy a Genesis? I could understand if you bought a Genesis last-gen, but since Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection puts pretty much every Genesis game worth playing (as well as several that aren't) and the Master System's three good games all on one disc, and is available for PS3 - a console you already owned - what's the point in buying a second-hand piece of junk and some old cartridges that probably don't work very well anymore?

This is a great game. I'm not sure why, but I started each of the three save slots in my copy and played them each to the final save with 99 lives. I guess I had more free time as a 12 year old.

So, are you actually playing all these old games as you review them, or are you reviewing from memory?
