Great sound and amusing cartoony visuals make this fun platformer a more forgiving heir to the Ghouls and Ghosts crown. Its tendency to randomly give away handfuls of extra lives on a whim makes success a little too reliant on luck, but it's still one of the best of its type on the system. If you enjoyed this, the Japanese version was called Magical Hat no Buttobi Turbo and has different graphics and level designs.
