Infogrames jump on the Destruction Derby bandwagon with some pretty decent results. It's fast, the action is constant and the scoring system - which counts both impacts and spins - uses a system that combines crash scores with a race position multiplier making each equally important and so is much fairer and more consistent than that of the Psygnosis games. It's not as good as DD2 thanks to inferior physics making collisions a lot less satisfying, but it's rather better than the original Destruction Derby. The tracks are a little bland to look at, but as a whole it's an undemandingly fun little racer.
